If you’re not satisfied and looking for a refund, your item must be at least half full to get a refund. All of our products offer a 30-days money-back guarantee. This allows you to consume or use a regular dose of the suggested serving size for one-two weeks to see whether the products are right for you. On the other hand, if your products are not half-filled, you’re not eligible for a refund.

The refund process is easy. You have to email our customer support at hello@seren-cbd.com with the subject “Refund Request.” Once we receive your email, we will send you an address to send your products back to for a refund.
